Contributor Agreement

This Contributor Agreement ("Agreement") is between Ketchup Files ("we," "us," "Ketchup Files") and the individual submitting photographs through our contributor upload system ("you," "Contributor"). By checking the agreement box and submitting a photo, you agree to the terms below.

1. What You're Submitting

You agree to submit only photographs that you personally took, that you own the full rights to, and that you have the legal right to license to us. You confirm you have the necessary permissions from any identifiable people in the photo to use their likeness commercially, where required by law.

2. License Grant

You grant Ketchup Files a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, watermark, crop, edit, and offer your submitted photographs for sale or licensing through ketchupfiles.com and associated channels. You retain copyright ownership of your original work — this is a license, not a transfer of ownership.

3. Credit

Ketchup Files will credit you by the name you provide at submission ("Photo by [Name]") on the photo itself and wherever it's displayed on our platform, to the extent practical.

4. Revenue Share

When a submitted photograph sells through Ketchup Files, you will receive 60% of the net sale price, and Ketchup Files retains 40%. Payment terms, timing, and method will be communicated separately as our payout system is finalized.

5. Review & Approval

All submissions are reviewed before publishing. Ketchup Files may decline to publish any submission at its discretion, including for quality, rights, or content concerns.

6. Removal

You may request removal of your submitted work from active sale at any time by contacting us, though prior sales and licenses already granted are not affected retroactively.

7. No Guarantee

Submitting a photo does not guarantee it will be approved, published, or sold. Ketchup Files makes no income guarantee to Contributors.

8. Changes

Ketchup Files may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued submission of new photographs after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
